Henning Oesterhaus has been a partner of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer since 1994 and works in the Frankfurt office. He is a member of our corporate practice group and specialises in mergers and acquisitions and corporate law.

Henning was born in Mannheim, Germany in 1960. He received his legal education at the universities of Heidelberg, Mannheim and Munich. He holds an MCJ degree from the University of Texas in Austin and a Doctor of Laws (Dr iur) degree from the University of Mannheim. Henning is admitted to the Bars in Germany and New York.

Henning joined the firm in 1990 and speaks German and English.
