Experience

Anselm Raddatz has been a partner since 1997 and works in our Duesseldorf office. He is a member of our corporate practice group. His areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and cross-border joint ventures. He has particular experience in private equity transactions.

Anselm was born in Bochum (Germany) in 1962. He completed his legal education at the University of Muenster (Germany) and at the London School of Economics (UK). He obtained a doctor of laws degree (Dr iur) from the University of Muenster. In 1994/1995 he was a visiting attorney with Brobeck Phleger & Harrison LLP (San Francisco and Palo Alto offices) and with Richards Butler in Hong Kong.
 
Anselm joined the firm in 1992. He speaks German and English.
