Nicola was elected partner in 2002 and is a member of the corporate, private equity and consumer products and retail sector groups. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, takeovers, and is often involved in private equity transactions, including leveraged buyouts and management buyouts.

His experience includes advising international and Italian private equity players, financial institutions and CPR companies.

Before joining the firm in 1997, Nicola practised at an Italian law firm in its Milan and London offices.

He graduated in law (JD) from the University of Milan and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 1995 (Milan). Nicola speaks Italian and English.
