Geert Verhoeven has a broad corporate and finance practice with particular experience in banking, securities law, capital markets, derivatives and project and structured finance

He has been involved in many national and international transactions including private placements (equity), stock listings and public offerings, restructuring of domestic and multinational companies, cross border double dip leasing, securitisations, mergers and acquisitions and litigation in relation to financial instruments.

Prior to joining the firm's Brussels office in 1997, he worked in the legal departments of two of Belgium's leading banks.

Born in 1963, Geert was educated at the Catholic Universities of Brussels and Leuven. He became a partner in 2000. He speaks Dutch, English and French.
